Agency Training: One Year Video Supervision
After the 4-day intensive training, you will begin going on home visits and teaching parents the P.L.A.Y. Project methods. We know that you will have questions and concerns as you begin this process. Through reviewing your video-taped home visits, Dr. Solomon and our highly trained supervisors will help you hone your skills, offering practical suggestions and techniques for you and the parents you serve.
Over the course of the 12 months following your training, you will send The P.L.A.Y. Project supervisors 20 video clips. We will review your work and respond with audiotaped commentary to give you systematic feedback in the model. Quarterly telephone consultations can also be arranged to discuss operational and clinical issues.
In order for you to gain expertise we recommend a minimum case load of 10 families during the year following training. Contacting referral sources and developing a waiting list is highly recommended.
